Kelly Leak Allstars got on the board in the top of the first inning after Scott Brosius doubled to center field, Manny Ramirez tripled to left field, and Mark McGwire singled to center field, each scoring one run.
Travis Fryman hit a solo home run to center field in the bottom of the first for the Massapequa Mafia.
Ramirez homered to center field, scoring two runs in the top of the eighth for the Kelly Leak Allstars.
Darren Dreifort earned the win for Kelly Leak Allstars. The starter gave up seven hits and two runs over six innings, striking out four and walking four. Andy Pettitte took the loss for Massapequa Mafia. The starting pitcher went seven innings, giving up three runs on five hits, striking out nine and walking two. Doug Brocail collected the save. Mariano Rivera appeared in relief for Kelly Leak Allstars.
