M and H Lumber Company Falls To Kelly Leak Allstars in Pre-Season Tune up 6-1.




M and H Lumber Company lost to Kelly Leak Allstars 6-1 on Thursday.


Kelly Leak Allstars got on the board in the second inning after andruw Jones homered to center field, scoring three runs.


Kelly Leak Allstars extended their early lead with two runs in the top of the third thanks to RBI singles by scott Brosius and darren Lewis.


Al Leiter started the game for M and H Lumber Company. The starter gave up eight hits and six runs over five innings, striking out three and walking eight. greg Maddux started on the bump for Kelly Leak Allstars. The hurler surrendered seven hits and one run over nine innings, striking out five and walking none.


Nomar Garciaparra and Bernie Williams each collected two hits for M and H Lumber Company. M and H Lumber Company turned two double plays in the game. M and H Lumber Company were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Ivan Rodriguez had the most chances in the field with 12.
